New STB displays "u56r" and "u56"?

I have a new STB that I am trying to connect to my cable. On the display it toggles back and forth with the letters "u56r" and "u56". Anyone know what this means? My old STB work fine with the same cable connection. See pics below

Whne the STB displays USB please get in contact with technical support. I had that before at my home and they had to replace it.
