We have channels from Chicago, Atlanta, etc.. and I was wondering how many people would watch MSG Network and WOR who are Mets and Rangers fans. I would love watching more games on TV cause I live in Virginia Beach and it is knda far to go in person all the time. Thanks
You would NOT be able to watch any games on those channels even if they were carried. All games would be blacked out per the contractual obligations with all the major sports leagues. Sure we get YES, NESN, etc. but unless you live within the specific geographic region of those teams all games are blacked out on those channels. WGN has changed and is now WGNA and no longer carries Cubs/White Sox games and TBS stopped carrying Braves games a while ago (they broadcast national games now). The only way to get out of market games that are not being shown nationally is to subscribe (i.e. pay) to one of the packages each league offers, NHL Center Ice, MLB Extra Innings, etc.
Mets are on SNY and WPIX - not WOR.
