New fios user - downloading shows to phone?

Using the fios app can I download to my phone shows that I saved on my dvr? I like to watch shows on the subway when I am not connected to internet.

comcast app allows this. Does fios?

Fios really is terrible compared to Comcast I am learning.  No voice command no downloadable tv programs and no netflix

Netflix doesn't bother me as I (and a number of others) ahve Smart TVs and /or devices like Roku or Apple TV.

Way more options (HBO GO, Starz GO, Amazon, and a ton of other channels) than widgets on STB.

And there have been articles stating that Verizon will be coming out with new STBs later this year (anytime from summer on) that will support voice commands.
