New installation~SD TV's humming

We just had fios installation. We only have one HD TV with the Home Media DVR. The other two TVs are SD with HD DVR's. Those two are now emitting a humming sound from the TV. When you have the volume on low, the humming almost drowns out the sound. You can even hear the humming when the TV is muted. Is this because the HD DVR is on a SD TV?
