Isn't it enough that there are ads for On Demand movies,Redbox, and internet upgrades mixed in with the channels. Now that have this big old red ad wasting space at the bottom of the guide. Does anyone know of a way to get rid of this ugly, intrusive mess. FIOS continues to decline.

There is no way to turn the bottom banner advertisement off. FYI you might want to look in the FiOS TV Technical Assistance forum as there are threads about this topic there.
