Great News! Verizon has reached an agreement with Newport Television. Newport is currently in the process of returning programming to Verizon FiOS customers in Syracuse and Albany in New York and Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The new retransmission agreement contains rates and other terms that Verizon believes are reasonable and are in subscribers ' best interests. Verizon appreciates its customers' patience and loyalty during this loss of programming.
