I have spent a total of 3 hours today waiting on the phone for a human to tell me how to get my cable/internet back after this storm. After a predicted hold time of four minutes. What is happening at Verizon? Were they just not ready for this storm? Can't reach them via their online chat either. They've had 4 days to check the lines, did they not because no one was complaining that their cable was out because there was no electricity? I live in Easton, MA. Verizon is going to lose a lot of business there, methinks.
