No Program Info on Any Channels -

Here is our lastest problem with FIOS - no channels have any Program Info at the bottom of the screen. Wondering if Verizon is going back to a paper TV guide or otherwise how do we know what is on the channels now that no Program Info is on the TV channels.   I tried pressing the D key on all three of our taped up, busted up remotes but it didn't do anything.    Please send a solution or paper TV guide book.

Program guide should be there.

Have you tried rebooting router and STB?
