Hi, watching Black Panter on demand and was wondering why dont they have Englsh subtitles for the non English scenes?

I don’t have their tv service but I know many times it’s the following.
1- The close caption encoding is not turned on for the movie.
2- The close caption for your tv is set to off.
3- The close caption on the set top box may be set to off.
now in issue one Verizon would have to allow the movie to show subtitles. Which brings you to issue 2 & 3 which is controlled by you.
I would say it may have been shown the way the movie maker wanted it.
does the same non captioning happen with other movies?
if it doesn’t then it’s the movie
My search of the exact same issue shows me this is fios on demand rental/purchase service issue.
Other people had the same issue on Amazon prime video purchases and had to contact them to get it fixed, enough complaints/reports and they addressed it a few weeks iirc from initial reports.
Do you know if the theater version had subtitles?
If not, then Verizon wouldn't be any different.
