Why is it that everyday my TV powers in with no volume? I have to reset the set top box in order to correct, daily! Any suggestions for a more permanent fix? Did my research and this hs been going on for years???

Some additional information might help to move things along.

. The make & model of the TV.

. The model of the FiOS set top box.

. What type of cable is being used to connect the set top box to the TV.

. If there are multiple TVs, is the problem with just one or more than one.
