I finally got Setanta channel and it is braodcasting. I now have the "not subscribed" sitting in the middle of the picture and can't get rid of it. Any suggestions?

Try to unplug the STB for about a minute, plug it back in and check. If the banner is still there, you will need to have tech support reload your channel line up. There is a way to do this through My Verizon or TV central, but I t may be esier for you to call.
