Fios customer service(really meaningless name) does it again! I was a customer for years.. Got an offer to switch to local cable company and since I rent my condo saving money was important since I pay the bill for renters.. I am now back full time and wanted fios back since they have a couple odd channels I can not get from cable.. When I call to order my address comes up as not available for tv service. My unit only allows two services Cox and fios and all the wires for other units run through my basement! My neighbor has fios! I can punch a hole in my wall and watch his tv since no manager has called me with an answer of why they can not realize there is a computer glitch that needs someone to physically come to my unit and clear system!! Thanks for giving me nothing but headaches!!!!
