Nyra network town of hempstead

The Nyra network available on channel 27 on your Queens, NY area is not available on my Town of Hempstead, NY network. Can you please add it to one of the many unused community access channels in that channel range. I spoke both with Nyra and the Town of Hempstead and both claim to have no control of programming. Thank you.
