On Demand Channels?

I'm trying to access the On-Demand Channels for HBO, Cinemax, Showtime.  In the guide it said the channels were 400, 420 and 365 respectively.  They are not on-demand channels.  I would like to be able to watch TV shows like Homeland.  How can I access them? I know that I have them in my package because we have the Ultimate HD package with premium channels.

Those are of course the regular channels.

Several ways to get to ON-demand.  I use the blue star button on the FIOS remote.  HBO, Cinemax, and Showtime are under the tv free & premium/premium channels.
