On Demand: Chicago PD

I finally had the time to start watching Chicago PD a couple weeks ago and up to a week ago, all episodes were on On Demand.  When I went to watch episode 3 yesterday, I saw that a large chunk of the season had been removed from On Demand.  The only place I could find older episodes was for purchase.  Can't you at least keep all episodes up until the next season starts?  I'm am becoming more convinced that I need to switch to internet tv.
