On Demand HD Options Missing from HBO and Starz

Recently I can not find any HD options for on demand for HBO and Starz. I use to be able to slect free and premium>HBO/Starz and there would either be an HD folder or when you selected a title it would give you the option for SD or HD. No there are no HD folders and no options for HD, just SD. Did VZ change the location of HD on demand content?
