On Demand Outage

I just called customer support and they said that there was an On Demand outage in Maryland and Virginia that would be resolved in 24 to 48 hours.

Why isn't this information posted on the website somewhere?

Thanks for thei info. Yeah, would have been nice. Of course, it would have been nice to have some idea what the error codes mean.

That's better that what I got. Called in the 1866 number that was on the screen, answered the automated operator question with the code and then I was transfered to now where land... Then was disconnected.. Nice customer service.(NOT).. I finally called 1800 verizon and received the message that VOD was down.
