On Demand (TV) H-M

I was looking for a show that starts with the letter M so i used the By Title choice and then 'H-M' choice.  Then i used the right arrow on the remote to move to the right and clicked it a bunch of times to go to the right. Took many clicks and when I got to the L's , it ended at L!  Where are the M shows?????????

Please add them in there.  Didnt anyone test this? There are no M shows there. SMH.

But if you know the name of the show, use the search feature.

Also, holding arrow key does a speed scroll.

Ok, you say use the search feature.  So what do i click after that?  Name?

i guess i will try that.  But there is still an issue with the by title search though. There are no 'M' shows there. they forgot them i guess? it runs to 'L'.  SMH

Ok, i used chat and i think they may have done a reset or something or when i called in, it allowed someone to do something. I see the M shows now, but the show i was looking for is not On Demand!  And i can just use that magnifying lens for search anyway. that is faster.  the By title is not great, but using the top right arrow seems to bounce it pretty good to the right.  Not the best screens or user interface IMO.

If you hit the B button on FIOS remote, it brings up a search windown.
As you type the name, options appear on the right.

Then select show.
You will see if results for on demand and/or live tv as it relates.
