Why is it taking up to 2 weeks for some TV shows to be available On Demand. ie Royal Pains, A&E shows. Friends at work who have comcast have shows available within 24-36 hours after the original air date.

Compare the VOD listings on your set top box, to the ones at the Verizon FiOS Website. www.verizon.com/fiostvonline. If they are updated at the website, then you may simply need to reboot your router, and your set top box to get them to update on the tv.
