On Demand and Premium channels

Hi,

If all movies on premium channels end up on On Demand, what is the advantage of buying these premium channels... why not just wait until they become available on On Demand shortly thereafter?  Do subscribers who do not subscribe to premium channels get to view these movies for free On Demand?

If the On-Demand is from the premium channel then even though it is listed as free, one has to subscribe to the service to be able to view.
