On Demand issues with VOD_174 error.

Repeated reboots and follow ups with technical help and in person visit hasn't helped resolve on demand issue which streams for a few minutes and then is unable to streams and exits with vod_174 error.

The rest of FIOS service has been great since last 5-8 years with great live game and Xbox at the same time. 

Seems to be a FIOS son demand servers streaming capacity issue in my area(MA South Shore). Any feedback, as it seems I am ready to give up on this for good and change my service provider.
