I have had FIOS for several years. In the past, I would press the “on demand” button and a menu would appear allowing me to choose TV shows, movies, by network, genre, free or premium etc. & would use this to access shows on HBO. Etc. Now when I press the “on demand” button, all I get is commercials for on demand pay for view movies. I do not pay to watch commercials. How can I get back my former “ demand” menu and prevent the commercials ?
