I enabled this a while back and cant' seem to get it working. I notice several others in the Dallas are have reported problems but didn't seen any recent posts about this. I am in Rowlett, TX and wondering when this will start working?

I know it doesn't help, but I've lost mine as well in MA... ever since the Guide upgrade earlier this past week.

Have you tried to toggle the "alert display"? go to menu/settings/caller id/alert display turn the option off, then turn it back on again. If this does not fix it. reboot your router, then effected boxes. If this does not fix it, then contact tech support.

Had same problem. Contacted Verizon through chat and they did what's called port mapping and now it works again. He said if it happens again to contact them and ask for that. So that's what you should do.
