The July/August issue of the Verizon Spot-Lite magazine had an ad for the History channel’s series Hatfields & McCoys. The ad claimed that the series would be available on demand for the entire summer. It is currently not available on demand, can you tell me when it will become available?

This is my response to the statement "This message is being resolved in a private support area". This appears to be a way of assuring everyone who reads this forum that this problem is being taken care of, well I will assure the readers of this forum that this a way of ignoring a problem and hoping that the customer who posted the original complaint will forget about it and move on. I do not plan to forget about this until it is resolved and Verizon keeps it's word as printed in the JUL/AUG 2012 issue of Verizon Spot Light..
