Whenever we use on demand the program freezes then restarts, at times it will do it up to three or four times per program. This is getting really frustrating, anyone else have this issue? We have reset the box, short of having someone come out not sure what else we could do? This has been occuring for two months now, and we have only had the service for two months 😞

Have you reported your specific problem to Verizon to allow them to troubleshoot?
