On demand on app and box

I selected several on demand movies that are available with my premium channel subscriptions using the "Fios Mobile" app and bookmarked them.  When I go to my set top box, the bookmarks do not show up.  Also, the same movies are not available on demand on the set top box that are available on the app.  Are the same movies supposed to be available on the Fios app and the set top box?  Are bookmarks supposed to sync between the app and the set top box.
