On screen TV guide shows "No Program Name" for all stations

The full TV guide and the Favorites has been off all day. Over the last few months, it occasionally goes off for several/many hours. When the guide is available, it only gives me about 5 days of information so I can't program even a week ahead. I did the usual - unplugged the router and restarted but still no information. Thanks!

What model stb do you have?

If you have VMS and ipcs, do the following:

Hit d button.

Select my connected devices

Hit ok.

Chose one of the stbs.

Hit ok.

select advanced

Use the down arrow.

Go to page 2.

See what moca speeds you have. Should be 600+.

Thank you. Apparently I don't have the VMS and ipcs you mentioned, as when I got to the My Connected Devices and hit ok, there was no option for advanced. However, I did see that there was a bad connection to the FIOS box so I will check that. Yesterday, after I unplugged the FIOS box again, and let it initialize, the Guide came back. Appreciate your taking the time to reply.
