OnDemand - ABC Shows

Why are there so few full current seasons of network TV shows available ondemand?  For instnace, for one current ABC show there is only one episode - the show from 10/26, which must be about the 5th show of the season.  How is that helpful?  Its not even the most recent show?  Having that one episode avialable helps nobody except the random person who just missed that one episode.

There is no reason Fios should not have full seasons of the current primetime network shows.  Heck, I think they should have all past seasons as well!
