OnDemand HBO "The Newsroom" episode 3 missing.  Episode 1, 2 and 4  of HBO's "The Newsroom" are available OnDemand so where is episode 3? HBO's web site says it should be available!

Yes where is episode 3? This seems very weird...is there a problem with this episode?

And yesterday episode 5 was added but still no episode 3 as of this morning!
