So tried to rent a movie on Verizon. Apparently the only thing that works well is the payment system - they had no problem with that. Unfortunately, we were unable to watch the movie due to pixelation. Fortunately, Amazon doesn’t have that problem.... won’t try Verizon again....

Can you watch other on demand content without an issue?
Does the problem happen on all STBs?
If moive was not watchable, have you contacted support for a refund?
