One On Demand movie not working-previously purchased

I purchased Wreck It Ralph months ago and have watched it several times. My son wanted to watch it again recently and there is no video and broken up audio over a blank screen. It's the only movie in our On Demand library that is not working and of course, I have a 4 year old breaking down over it. Lol. Please help. I've restarted and troubleshot everything. I've even looked for ways to delete it and repurchase it, but can't do that either.
