One of the TV's (Basement) signal goes off after a few minutes. There are 3 TV's and this problem happens only on this TV that is in the basement. I tried to disconnect the power from the back of the box, but it didn't do anything.
This problem happens everytime the TV is turn on.
Getting ready to switch to Optimum if this issue is not resolve.
What kind of boxes do you have? Was this installed recently? How is the basement TV connected? HDMI or Components? We need more details to help.
