Online On Demand Channel Guide?

We're trying to decide between FIOS and Cablevision for our move to Long Island. I need to be able to compare the on demand channels.  On the verizon website I can not find any on demand channel listings.  Anybody know where I can find that information?

From the My Verizon login page there's  "On Demand, News, Entertainment, FIOS...".  Click on the "On Demand" link.  Don't worry about which dropdown in the list.   Click right on "On Demand".

Up top it starts with that Flexview stuff.   I

n the middle of the page you'l see "What's Hot... View More of What's Hot ".   Click this link and there's the current on demand listings.

Or just try Google with "verizon fios on demand listings".   One of the first few hits will lead you there.
