Onscreen Caller ID

Has anybody been able to get the onscreen caller id to work?

I went thru the "check availability" and I passed, I enabled it, and got the message "your caller id will be working within 24-48hrs.

Well......Its been alot more than that and it doesn't work on either of my 2 SD stb's or my HD DVR. It alos doesn't work on my parents nor on my friends.

I'm gonna try to give the FSC a try tomarrow but, I'll be at work and not at home to troubleshoot.

Has anybody go this thing to work yet??

I think if you had searched here first you would have found multiple threads discussing this topic

Also if you go to dslreports.com and look at the FiOS TV forum there you will find lots of discussion on this topic.

The net is, yes, there are people who have it working, for example I do, I have had it for quite a while, although some folks are experiencing more difficulty than it seems they should in getting it working, and apparently they cannot get much if any help from the FSC.
