I ordered the PPV fight tonight and it is not showing. Is there a technical problem?
Is your FIOS Installed in a Private Residence and do you have a Residential Account ?
There have been issues with Business Accounts not receiving PPV Fight due to some contractual restrictions.
I had a similar problem - I could watch it around 3am but I could not record it. It always gave the message that I had to purchase it before recording (which I had). I think I purchased it twice and set it to record twice but it is not in my recorded programs listing.
Any ideas?
A lot of PPV fights cannot be recorded. The provider of the fight can put a flag on the broadcast to prevent DVR's from recording it. When this happens, the Verizon STB's dont have a message popup available that says "cannot be recorded" so it uses the defaut "you must order" message even though you already have it. It just means that that broadcast is not allowed to be DVR'd
