My user guide says that I can:
- pause live TV
- switch channels
- return to original channel and resume from where I paused.
Problem is every time I return to the original channel (using the "last" button on the remote) it appears to have advanced the entire time I had left and just repauses when I flip back. So I have to rewind and find the place where I had originally paused. That's useless. Both my Direct TV service and DishNetwork service worked right. Is this a defect or am I not flipping back and forth between channels properly? thx.
Unfortunately I've had the same experience and as such believe it's a fault of the programming and not our individual units. I too came from DirecTV and while I like a lot about Fios, there seem to be some "refinements" lacking.
