I would love to watch the Phillies even in preseason. My father who had to be dependant on a retirement facility loves watching them also. One station they are televised by is TCN, which Verizon does not carry. I would love to understand why your not carrying a station which has been contracted to televise our World Champion Phillies for the last few years. I am sure verizon will do whatever it takes to resolve this unfortunate loss to the public viewers. Thank you for your time and high quality service. Lester

TCN stands for The Comcast Network, formerly CN8, which is a Comcast owned and operated station. No competing provider, even DirecTV, has been able to carry it.

I do have good news - VZ is working right now to bring TCN to us customers in VHO8 (Philly region).
No firm dates, but a rumor was by opening day it would be live!

Wow! I wouldn't mind having The Comcast Network here in the Mid-Atlantic region too. Comcast Sportsnet here uses it sometimes as kind of a "CSN plus plus" when there are more than two games at one time. Lots of college sports.
Of course, I can live without it since FiOS has CSN HD and CSN+, but it would be a nice addition.
