Both TVs experiencing freezing and pixelating. Quickest fix a visit from a Verizon technician?

Most likely that will be the quickest solution. Tech support will just reboot equipment which may fix temporarily but won't be a permanent fix. If it is is happening on both TVs it's probably a splitter or the main fios box (ONT). But make sure all connections at boxes, splitter, and ONT are tight.
