I recently noticed Pickens on WGBH, the local PBS station in a Boston. It only seems to do it with the main channel, not so much with the sub channels. I wonder if it could have to do with it being on a low VHF channel. But this problem never happened before. Anyone else having this problem? Any help would be appreciated
