how can I fix getting pixelized frames and temporary freezes when watching recorded programs using the verizon whole home dvr?

Yes, I would like to know this as well. I have IMG 1.9.1. I have one of three boxes in the house (one of two DVR's), and I am seeing programs freeze/skip/pixilate.

I thought 1.9.1 was supposed to fix this?

Do you have external storage on any of your DVR's. If so make sure they are using  the correct 24/7 AV rated eSata dirve.
