Portuguese channels

i want to let you know that is on the internet; I’m pestered with Verizon, because I see that the Verizon is charging $10,00 to the subscribers for the Portuguese channel, and remember what how much we fight to to have then a channel from Portugal free, while the Spaniards have 17+ channels for free. In my opinion the Verizon must give to the Portuguese people without  pay nothing or an the other way stop to gain money has cost of Portuguese people
