Premium Channel Order...need help

I ordered a new premium channel online and I reset my set top box and the channel still shows as not ordered. I double checked my confirmation emIl and the link to check the status shows a date a week in the future. Is this correct and if so is there anyway to get it sooner. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.
