Premium Channels On-demand no late-night option

Before a recent FIOS upgrade I could go to On-demand and pick "after hours" for HBO, "late night" for Showtime, etc.  Now, when I go to on-demand and select the premium channels those options aren't available.  I've surfed Parental Controls, options, etc. and if there is a setting to turn those options on I can't find it?

It is now January 2018 and I have the same issue. I cannot access Premium Channel adult content.

Under HBO I do see a selection for Mature that does have some of their Late Night content.

To tell you the truth, I haven't seen any late night content lately on Cinemax.

Hi....I can't see a "mature" option anywhere for HBO.  I go to Networks/HBO and then scroll down.  There is no Mature option anywhere.  Where is it?

It appears to no longer  be there.

I don't remember seeing any mature content like the used to carry on the channel any more.
