Prental Control PIN? I need to reset my Parental Controls for my FiOS TV

How do I reset my Parental Controls for my FiOS TV? Almost all my channels are coming up as "Blocked by Parental Control" and require a PIN to open which I was never given. 

I have called technical support but their hours of operation are only from Mon-Fri 8:00am to 6pm. Just exactly the time I am at work and unable to call.

I have tried to "Manage" the Parental Controls online but the thing is not working, keeps giving an error message "We are unable to process your request at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again." since yesterday.

Is there anything else I can possibly do?

Initially its 0000.  If it was changed and you don't know its value, it can be reset remotely by VERIZON.  You would have to contact them.
