How long does it take to upload prime time shows to On Demand? I have waited over a week to see Empire and it still is not uploaded. The new episode has already aired.
To add insult to injury, George from customer service was rude and obnoxious about it. Both Cablevision and Comcast have prime time shows available the next day. FIOS reallyin order to get busine cannot compete. The rep advised that On Demand shows air next day...this is obviously an untruth..

Verizon's VOD is extremely poor when compared to it's competitors and it seems as if it can take weeks after a show has aired for it to appear in it's on demand.
Poorer than SOME of its competors. Way better than others.
Has it gotten worse over the last couple of weeks? Right now the only "Scorpion" that I see is "Twist and Shout". I missed "Hard Knox", and I have been checking for over 2 weeks and it only says "rent/buy" The "Twist and Shout" has been free for over 2 weeks.
I am just wondering if they are delaying the new ones in hopes that you buy it so you do not fall more than 1 week behind
Could it only be my account? It doesn't look like anything "new" has been added in weeks
I see the same.
My assumption is that it has more to do with CBS having their own streaming service.
Why allow people to watch for free if you have a service and are trying to make them pay?
