I have purchased a new Vizio TV. The codes in the help section do not work. Further, when using the online instructions, my remove will not "blink twice" when I press the OK and FiOS TV buttons simultaneously. What can I do??
A new remote? Does it have the AUX and DVD buttons at the top? You have to make sure you have the correct directions using the online pictures of the remote you are trying to program. If the remote won't blink twice then the codes you already tried may not have actually been attempted.....If you are positive you have the correct instructions and none of the code work, you will have to cycle through all possible combinations using those directions. Even after that it is not 100% guaranteed that all Vizio tv's use frequencies compatible to the VZ remote controls. Provide a link to the directions you are using....
look on the back of your remote,you can program it without a code.follow those directions.
