Property Damage Ticket Opened 6 Months Ago. Still No Response

I opened ticket {edited for privacy} back in May and subsequently opened ticket {edited for privacy} for property damage done by Verizon trucks. I've called back at least five times since then and I was told every time that I should expect a call in 24 hours that never came. Its been 6 months and still no resolution here. Can someone at Verizone take ownership of this ticket and can this please be escalated ASAP?
