Why don't you have PBS On Demand - Free?

Nationally, does PBS even offer such a service?  I now a few local PBS have some sort of streaming.

Yes, they do. A number of cable companies offer it (Cablevision at least used to). I really think Verizon should add this (and I'm going to request it), especially with the popularity of Sherlock.
