My tv is getting the following message and its after hours for verizon -
"there is no technical problem with your TV service. To restore service as quickly as possible, please log on to your computer, open your internet browser homepage and follow the directions on the site. if you are unable to complete the transaction in your browser, you may reach us by calling 1-866-962-1946, and enter the 4-digit quick code 8803. We look forward to continuing your fios service."
now this happened after I wasn't getting most channels then customer service had me mess with the cables to the box but I then lost all signals but messed some more with the cables and got the box working again (time is there instead of dashes - no signal)
Who can tell me what to do, please!!!!
Well I got an email that had a link to My Verizon which took me to a troubleshooting area (that I couldn't find when i looked) and it asked me which box i was having the trouble with so ran something and now the tv is working, so I am keeping that email so when i have problems again i now have a decent link! So my tv is now fixed
