When I upgraded to Quantum TV and got a new DVR I was excited as I expected the lastest and greatest was likely to have a cpu upgrade and be more responsive.
I was very, very wrong. The Quantum DVR might be the slowest DVR I have ever own, going back to the original DVR I had from Cablevision in the early 2000's.
Its so unresponsive when opening the guide and doing just about anything.
Why is it so slow? Are they just underpowered and they didnt use a fast enough SoC on them? Is there an upgraded one over my vms1100 that is available?
I haven't seen that issue.
Did it start out ok and get slower?
Have you tried rebooting it?
